here in voodoo we are going through some kind of uprising these days which makes me really satisfied. as rough it has been the last months i am happy to release this music with increasing speed. it is already second in a row from my favourite electronician, loke and infact, i’ve also got a whole ep coming up from him yet this autumn. this track is amazingly astonishing piece of modern electronic music. it’s almost impossibly difficult to put loke’s music to words because of the smartness of the tracks. this one, as every other track of his, has got some fine controlled intelligence and at the same time, hairy disturbed beasts on the loose. sinking. hypnotizing.

..aaand here we go again. the title ain’t that innovative but when it comes to the track itself we can find out that the master of ‘angst’ ;D loke has done some really precious job again. sounding very lo-fi at the same time when being true hi-fi that is 🙂 real mysterious and weird track that suits in the voodoo style really well. it’s something very close to squarepushers music, though this track is way much more distressing. anyway, sounds great.

this is a remix of previously released track on voodoo by tweeter – called ‘lesbians on wax’. the name of the remix contains two anagrams of the original track title. as stated in the previous release that tweeter was not leaving the group was a misunderstanding and therefore i have to give out the information that he actually did leave us already. sad as it is but we still try to survive. we still have loke, the guru of eletronic master pieces and dharma, the most suggestive jazz freak out there 🙂 peace. and keep supporting.

the amiga only party ‘motorola inside 98’ is over and i feel wasted after no warm food, less sleep on a hard floor and hell of a lot boozing. it’s still affecting 1,5 days after the party 🙂 anyway, the important thing was that i met tweeter there, and he promised this new release to me and here we are now. a FABULOUS track by the very top artists in voodoo. the happy news is that he isn’t leaving the group as he was aiming to earlier. the reason why the amount tweeter’s releases may decrease a bit is that he is not making much XM’s anymore and we in voodoo don’t support other formats (.IT and the buzz tracker) due to the fact that we want to be equal on most platforms, not just the PC. enjoy this masterpiece.

oki. some.. erhm, most of you? have been waiting for something to come, and i don’t blame you. afterall there is over 2 months since something was last released. we come up now with a track from oh gosh that has been hanging on my computer ever since it was made, at the active voodoo times. so folks, enjoy. it’s now the the beginning of the end 🙂

newsbit. as you will notice from now on, voodoo won’t be as it used to be. actually i was thinking to have a break from releasing anything, because i simply can’t find much time nor motivation for doing this. only good tracks keep me going. thanks to the peeps still believing in voodoo. so there won’t be anything in the WEB for some time, probably never again cos it needs too much concentrating on the matter. therefor we will remain as a silent group releasing stuff from time to time. i was forced to do this when people whined about being faster and having top website and a lot releases online. i lost my motivation when trying to please everybody, so this is what is left. enjoy the music, don’t let space for commercialines. peace.

loke is among us again. we are proud to present another incredibly stunning track from the electropunk master. psychoacoustic audio experience for your already tortured mind. the track has some obvious influences from the, ohso wonderful autechre, sean booth & rob brown. loke has now achieved the same atmosphere with crushing light bulbs and other interesting sound elements. what can i say? this might be the best voodoo ever released, it’s just so fabulous, so perfect… getting me to the higher level. it’s the top choice for all the respective electronic music listeners, let it have you. first it took loke, then me, next is the world.. sonic textures while waiting the future to come.

oh so long time since the last guest release, and of what quality it is. prodigy wanted me to hear his wonderful junglist track and when i played it i was immediately crushed with da flow. and just think about it’s being his first ever jungle track so respects to him for that. there is a chance that it may sound a bit oldish to some ppl’s taste, but what the heck, it kicks some serious butt so we released it. damn positive vibes !

news and newwws. homepage is delayed due to the fact that i am so damn lazy 😉 hmm! i hope them are ready within the next release. then the happy part. voodoo did pretty well in the netsteppaz #jungle compo held earlier this year. results were announced just a few days ago, giving as the final results, that tweeter went on silver and substance got bronze! that is pretty well done of the 18 competitors in total.
