An excellent track in a guest stylee from smart tdr affiliate meester Paniq, showing that the jungle scene and The Prodigy can have a little soundclash and come off none the worse for wear. Just jiggle the head and swing the hips and you’ll get by just fine. After hearing the first Theralite release from Jiva, we just had to track him down in our small dark kayak and ask him out on a date. And after the wind put out the campfire, he slipped us a little package with this idyllic little EP in it. We whooped all the way home. “Desk” especially reminds us of the unrushed ambience of artists such as Harold Budd, and Jiva, hailing from Alaska, has a little less to work with than a lot of other artists. The less counts, as you can see.
