Title: Adults
Label: Mono
Catalog #: MOD#004
Release Date: 1996/05/04
Well, this tune has had a limited release before, but it’s such a great remix that we wanted to make sure it got _properly_ spread. Listen to those breakbeats roll, and enjoy. Oh, and turn up the sub-bass. 🙂

Artist: Subi
Title: Subi’s Back
Label: Mono
Catalog #: MOD#003
Release Date: 1996/05/01
Subi’s debut Mono release, and an example of his inimitable, pretty much indescribable style. All I can say is that nobody else is composing MODs quite like this at the moment, and the closest parallel I can think of for his work is the Utah Saints. 🙂 Poor old Subi has been stuck on an A500 up to now (maximumlength of MODs 350k for him!), but now he’s getting an A1200, expect some real big new tunes. He IS back. [for old-skool Amiga fans, Subi used to be called Subculture, you may have heard some of his stuff back in ’91 and ’92!]

Artist: TheFoxII
Title: Tribute Remix
Label: Mono
Catalog #: MOD#002
Release Date: 1996/04/28
This wikked track was composed by TheFoxII last year, but not given a proper release, so Mono is happy to give it the attention it deserves. Some cute acid leanings, great dynamics, kicking percussion/effects, and those heavenly chords make this MOD a journey into headspace you won’t forget in a hurry. No, we really do like it. 😉

Artist: Twilight
Title: Return
Label: Mono
Catalog #: Mono#001
Release Date: 1996/04/22
The first Amiga tune from Twilight for almost 2 years sees him in original hip-hop influenced territory. 🙂 Twilight’s currently the in-game musician at Graftgold, the UK software company behind such classics as “Uridium”, and he’s currently working on the PSX and Saturn conversion of one of the very best Amiga games ever (hint: it’s an arcade conversion itself!) We hope to hear lots more from _this_ Twilight pretty soon. By the way, this is the English Twilight, not the German Twilight who was in Absolute+Lego and composed tunes with Doc Holliday (?). Not is it the Norwegian Twilight (!) Jeez, there’s enough Twilights around. 🙂
